This was a good all-round performance by Amersham, well-led for the first time by Callum Varrall, resulting in a 65 run win over an enthusiastic Ley Hill team.

Olly Lansdowne and Callum Varrall both retired after scoring 30 each, ably supported by Harry Roxburgh, 17no, and Ashley Turney, 16, and a good score of 132 for 3 was achieved.

Amersham's bowling tied Ley Hill down throughout and they were all out for 67 after 18 overs. Callum ensured that all of the team had a chance to bowl and the wickets were shared around with Turney and Baldwin taking 2 each.
