Match report South Hampsted started by bowling very well on a bouncy difficult surface for batting. At 3 down for 28 runs off the first 12 overs Amersham were struggling - but a partnership of 40 runs between Andrew Viney (84*) and Hugh Jackson (16) changed the flow of the game. Then Andrew and Luke Jackson(46)put on 100 runs before Luke was caught. At the end Stuart Rogers (17*) and Andrew smashed the ball all round the ground to take the score to a competitive 209 off 40 overs.

Jaco Nel and Stuart Rogers then bowled very well to reduce Hampsted to 15 for 4 before the number 5 played an aggressive innings of 71 until being caught off A.Viney's bowling. After he was out it was only a matter of time before Amersham completed the win. Richard Pinks and Jack Rogers finishing off the tail.
