Match report Amersham hosted North Maidenhead in relegation battle. Amersham lost the toss and were asked to bowl first. North Maidenheadsoon found themselves in trouble when Alex Matthews took a wicket in his first over. Howver their skipper rode his luck and pushed the score along to 82 before Hugh Jackson bowled him. Amersham then applied pressure with Jackson and Rajabali bowling tight lines that stemmed the flow of runs and reduced North Maidenhead were reduced to 127-6. Asghar and Qayyum then set about rebuilding the innings and North Maidenhead ended up posting 233 all out. This was probably 40 or 50 more than they should have got.

Amersham got off to a postive start with Ben Matthews and Paul Weston putting on 40 for the first wicket before Matthews was run out. Oli Haddock (64) joined Weston and pushed the score on to 83 before Weston went. With 20 overs to go Amersham were well placed to win the game at 123 - 2. However losing Haddock, Jackson and Stephenson within 4 overs turned the game in North Maidenhead's favour. Amersham then found themselves 168 - 7 with 9 overs left. Duncan Ward and Robbie Marsh made sure there were no more scares as Amersham closed the innings on 206 - 7 and making sure the game was not lost.
