AMERSHAM CC Won by 40 runs

Match report The league leaders visited Barn Meadow and were seen off in a low scoring game. In trouble at 39 for 4 a rescue act of 90 between James Baxter and Alex Rogers proved to be the match winning stand as 'Baggy' worked the ball through mid wicket for his 59 and Alex pulled her way to another good score of 45. We were bowled out for 155.......but the skipper was confident he can say now with hindsight!

David McKay steamed in on a lively wicket and took another six wickets as well as a run out with a direct hit. Felix and newcomer Seb Copley bowled well in support as Boyne Hill were sent home all out and 40 short of our total.
