Match report Inserted and Ben Matthews and Henry Breckenridge got us off to a flyer putting on 72 for the first wicket. Henry got out and Ashley Turney carried on in the same vein supporting Ben scoring even more freely now. When he'd had enough in came Will Gray to ruin even more bowling figures as we amassed 152 from our 20 overs.

In reply, St Giles were never allowed in the hunt as the Amersham bowlers took control after a mean opening spell from Tom Ayling. Wickets were shared around but it was good to see Rohan Banerjee back taking threefa and a first ever spell from Nick Richardson giving him a well deserved toofa.

The last over from Alex Rogers was like edited highlights as it contained two dropped catches and two run outs as St Giles ended on 110 42 runs short.
