Match report Fantastic win under skipper Alex Rogers
Having lost the toss Amersham were inserted on an interesting wicket! Runs came freely but also wickets too. The Tilbury brothers contributed 40's and the tail wagged to get us maximum batting points and 201! A special mention for Sham with his highest score 21 not out and for Felix who dominated in his 9!
With a total to defend Amersham felt they had the bowling to cut through the Burnham batting and so it proved!Good opening spells from Bugg and Lansdowne and 3 early wickets put us in charge. Finally bowling Burnham out for 149! Henry Bugg was the star with 7 for 44 and Sham also bowled well in his 6 over spell!
