Match report A great start to the season, rock solid batting performance by Weston and Treadwell, reminded me of Gooch and Broad with the old left hand right hand opening partnership, except they would leave the field if it was raining.

This was followed by bowling of the highest order, leading from the front, young Harry Fanning (3 over’s 9 runs 3 wickets and a dropped catch), proving the benefits of wicket to wicket bowling will take you wickets!!!

Great win and looking forward to sunnier summer evenings.
