Match report It has taken a few weeks to post a report about this match, which is mainly due to the cricket ending very shortly after it had begun. There were 131 runs scored in the day for the loss of 15 wickets (at an average of 8.7 per batsman..) and Amersham were clear victors by 5 wickets, starting off the league season well.

We won the toss and chose to bowl at Brondesbury. After taking a few wickets, we decided to take some more, and some more, and then Robbie Marsh decided to take loads.. Highlight of the innings is Varoonan's comment to Luke of 'I'm so glad that catch went to you and not me', followed by a 'but you would have caught that 100% of the time'. The catch was as easy as they come to mid-off.

We chased down the runs in no time at all, but enough for one of their bowlers to take a 5 wicket haul. Hopefully we can keep the winning streak going.
