Match report Amersham U12's started off their season with a comprehensive win over Chesham B on Sunday. Electing to bat, we crashed the ball to all parts of the ground from the the start with Sam Baldwin retiring on 31 after just 4 overs. Woody Bowcock and Chris Kay also retired on 32 and 30 respectively and with Elliot Ayling's 28 we finished on 156-2 after our 20 overs. With the chance to view the boys in the field, it proved an excellent opportunity for them all to bowl and we restricted Chesham to 49-5 at the close. A good attitude and application was seen from all the boys and a confidence boost to start.
